We are one of the most active dive clubs in the northeast of Scotland. Our membership of 40-50 divers carry out hundreds of dives every year (and no, we do not stop over the winter!). We dive locally (east coast and Moray Firth), in the west coast, the islands (even St. Kilda!) and abroad. We dive from inflatables, hard boats and the shore. We do wreck dives, night dives, drift dives, decompression dives, and lots of shallow, easy, scenic dives.

As well as local diving in the NE of Scotland, we have several trips/expeditions per year, ranging from long weekends to week long trips (see the Expedition Programme Page). If you want good, varied and safe diving in a very relaxed and friendly environment, then we are the club for you!!!

We are very committed to diver training, at basic and more advanced levels, including a wide range of speciality courses (in-house and SSAC-organised). We are purely voluntary and consequently our aim is to train, not to profit, but our standards are fully professional. We also welcome divers from other organisations - your level of training and experience will be taken into account in your cross-over! Please have a look at the ScotSAC  crossover pages.

LATEST NEWS:

Pool training is now over for the 2019-20 season.  It will resume in November 2020 so anyone interested in learning to dive with us should get in touch now and we’ll keep your details on file until the summer, when you will be contacted to confirm your interest.  Trained divers (crossing over) from other agencies (PADI, SAA, SSI, CMAS, BSAC) who are dry suit trained are welcome at any time - if needing dry suit training, you will generally need to do that in the pool but there are other alternatives, depending on your experience.  Please use the web form on the Contact page and we will be in touch.  PLEASE NOTE THAT CLUB DIVING HAS BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE AS A RESULT  OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. THE SITUATION WILL BE KEPT UNDER CONSTANT REVIEW, IN THE LIGHT OF OFFICIAL ADVICE
