Welcome to our web site; whether you are an experienced diver, a warm water trained "holiday diver", a novice looking for new adventures, or simply curious to learn more about this brilliant sport, we hope you'll find lots of useful information and be encouraged to contact us to learn more and join our club! Please use the menu links above to find out more and check out our benefits, below!

We are one of the most active dive clubs in the northeast of Scotland,  based in Aberdeen but with membership extending throughout Aberdeenshire.  We dive locally (east coast and Moray Firth), in the west coast, the islands (even St. Kilda!), and abroad. We dive from inflatables, hard boats and the shore. We do wreck dives, night dives, drift dives, decompression dives, and lots of shallow, easy, scenic dives.

As well as local diving in the NE of Scotland, we have several trips/expeditions per year, ranging from long weekends to week long trips (see the Expedition Programme Page). If you want good, varied and safe diving in a very relaxed and friendly environment, then we are the club for you!!!

We are very committed to diver training, at basic and more advanced levels. We are purely voluntary and consequently our aim is to train, not to profit, but our standards are fully professional. We also welcome divers from other organisations - your level of training and experience will be taken into account in your cross-over! Please have a look at the ScotSAC  crossover pages.

LATEST NEWS:

The pool training 2023/4 season is over. However, trained divers (crossing over) from other agencies (PADI, SAA, SSI, CMAS, BSAC, etc.) who are dry suit trained and therefore do not need any pool sessions are welcome to join us at any time - if needing dry suit training, you will generally need to do that in the pool but there are other alternatives, depending on your experience.  Please use the web form on the Contact page and we will get back to you.    Anyone without prior experience interested in learning to dive with us in 2024-25 should contact us and we will get back to you once we know more about next year's plans.

Try-a-Dive

Interested in scuba diving but not sure if its for you? We can offer "Try-A-Dive" sessions on most Tuesday evenings during the pool season where you can meet club instructors and have a go at scuba diving in a  swimming pool environment. Use the contacts page to send us a message and we'll get back to you with dates and times.
